    Cassette

This is the very cassette tape to which I recorded all the songs in this lo-fi series. I've hand-painted some unique artwork on it, and it includes additional unreleased recordings that exist nowhere in the world aside from this tape. This is and will always be the one and only cassette copy of this music.

about

These are selected songs from my quasi-ambient lo-fi series, which ran on SoundCloud from the end of March 2014 till the middle of June. (I've omitted a couple of the series' pieces from this release, for the sake of brevity and quality.)

Once a week I would sit down to come up with some spontaneous musical impression of my feelings at the time and record it, quick and dirty, directly to a cassette tape. As a result, this series of tracks is an abstract diary of sorts, obscurely describing the emotional narrative arc of my life circa spring of 2014.
